Julian Hitchcock is the founder of The F+B Group.  His extensive hospitality background includes working with international hoteliers Ian Schrager and The Morgan’s Hotel Group, as well as restaurateurs Alain Ducasse, China Grill Management and The Tao Group. As Managing Director for KAM Hospitality he served as a broker and consultant to the hotel and restaurant industry throughout New York, inking deals with Death and Co., Blue Bottle Coffee, AvroKo Hospitality Group and many others. Prior to working for KAM, Mr. Hitchcock served as Vice President for Barrington Partners, Inc, a real estate development and management company in Florida. Most recently, he was the lead consultant and curator of Gotham West Market for the Gotham Organization.  Zagat described Hitchcock’s line up at Gotham West as “an all-star team of established, authentic small business badasses.”.  He and his wife and children live in Brooklyn. He is a native Coloradoan and graduate the Leeds School of Business at The University of Colorado.  



Brett Weinstock has explored la Boqueria in Barcelona, awoken at 3am to go to Tsukiji Fish Market Tokyo, driven the Texas Hill Country for BBQ and eaten breakfast with the butchers at Les Halles in Paris. A published culinary travel writer, Weinstock is the A&R Executive of the Food Scene: discovering raw culinary talent before the rest of us do.  He consulted with Julian Hitchcock on Gotham West Market, helping it receive an unprecedented 2 star review from the New York Times. He is the former Managing Director of a consumer goods company’s hospitality division. Prior to devoting his career to food and hospitality, he created and produced award winning documentary films and network television for HBO, Showtime and others. He is a born and raised New Yorker and a graduate of the University of Southern California.



Winston Gitonga has enjoyed over 20 years in hospitality industry working throughout New York at esteemed restaurants such as Morell Wine Bar, Tao Asian Bistro and STK Steak in every capacity from back to front. With his zeal for entrepreneurship, Winston created his first solo venture in 2005 with Shiftdrink.com, a web based company that catered to hospitality professionals. With the success of Shiftdrink.com, Winston opened his own bar, MYBAR, in Chelsea on the west side of Manhattan. An unfortunate clause in his lease for MYBAR caused him to lose the space. Determined to never let that happen again, Winston began to study retail leasing and obtain his New York State Real Estate License. He now enjoys helping fellow restaurateurs avoid the same pitfalls when seeking spaces. Winston resides in the suburbs of Jersey City with his wife their young daughter.



Nicolas Corrao was brought up in a kitchen. He is a natural fit in the restaurant scene, having spent six years working in some of New York’s finest restaurants under classically trained chefs including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Cesare Casella and Riccardo Bilotta. 

His knowledge of running front of house operations, combined with his education in economics, gives Nicolas a unique ability to work with hospitality professionals, and landlords so that each transaction he touches unfolds in a precise and refined manner. Through his family, Nicolas was introduced to real estate at an early age.  He entered the industry as an intern at Newmark Grubb Night Frank, where he led a team of junior brokers in a winning marketing pitch to the company’s top executives. Nicolas' passion for food and hospitality combined with his finance-based background pair together perfectly for restaurant-focused commercial real estate.

When not eating and drinking, Nicolas plays soccer, having captained a United States junior team in several international soccer tournaments throughout Europe.
